That’s why we are thrilled to introduce Kudos — our new global service award and informal social recognition program. With Kudos, you can celebrate the professional contributions and personal achievements of your colleagues around the world and receive points for awards to commemorate your 5-year service milestones with AECOM.
A new way to show appreciation for your colleagues
With the Kudos platform, you can send personalized e-cards and badges to recognize colleagues around the world anytime. There’s also a social feed where you can post congratulatory messages to celebrate — and encourage others to celebrate — your colleagues’ achievements. Examples include:
- Congratulate a colleague when they reach a service milestone with AECOM by sending them a personalized message about the positive contributions they’ve made to the team
- Show your gratitude for a colleague’s support or a job well done on a project
- Recognize a colleague for exemplifying an AECOM core value
- Simply celebrate a personal event such as a colleague’s birthday or new certification
The Kudos Rewards Marketplace for 5-year service awards
When you reach a 5-year service milestone (e.g., 5, 10, 15, 20+ years of service) with AECOM, you receive points that can be redeemed for an award from the Kudos Rewards Marketplace. There are nearly 1 million award options, including merchandise, gift cards and experiences from more than 2,000 top brands (e.g., Apple, Sony and Bose). You can even give back to the community by choosing to donate your points to a charity of your choice from a pre-designated list.

It’s important to note that you should continue to use Workday for all formal performance feedback between you and your manager. Kudos is only intended for service awards and informal recognition.
