Mental Health Allies

We’re a global company with a purpose: to deliver a better world. Even though we think big, we never overlook the importance of the people who help us deliver our promise. We are committed to our employees’ well-being and to the things that help employees be their best, personally and professionally.

Help Starts Here

Request to Speak with a Mental Health Ally

We all face challenges, both personally and professionally. Having a trusted resource to connect with one-on-one can help. If you would like to speak with an AECOM Mental Health Ally regarding a challenge that you or someone you love is facing, complete this form to be connected with one of our specially trained AECOM Mental Health Allies.

*It is important to note that Mental Health Allies are not doctors or counselors. They do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. A Mental Health Ally is someone who will listen to your needs, provide support and connect you to resources that can help. Mental Health Allies follow strict confidentiality and privacy guidelines.

Meet Your Mental Health Allies

Mental Health Allies are committed to supporting the well-being of AECOM employees and their families. They have received special training and are equipped with the tools and resources to connect anyone who is struggling with a mental health challenge to resources that can help.
