I took a bit of extra time to read the food labels during my last grocery shopping trip. One thing that that surprised me was the amount of sugars on the cereal I would buy and the amount of sugar on even “healthier” drinks.
I set a reminder for myself to get up and move twice a day. Once at 6:30am and 7:00 pm.
I read “Reap the Rewards of Reading” and learned simply by reading six minutes a day can significantly decrease stress by 68%! Wow.
